The Surface Transportation Weather Research Center (STWRC) was formed in January 2004. The Center is housed in the John D. Odegard School of Aerospace Sciences located on the campus of the University of North Dakota (UND).

The primary focus of the STWRC RWFRF is to foster and support road weather research. The use of camera images are part of this ongoing research support through visual awareness and confirmation of weather events. Please select from the camera links below to view loops of recent images.
